I wonder why CEXs never tried to list NFTs. Imagine depositing a Crypto Punk NFT to Coinbase and getting 100k $CP fractional NFT tokens. Because Punks are so expensive, most are prized out of them. But CEX fractionalization allows buying 1/100th of an NFT. And when you DCA into 100k $CP tokens, you can withdraw a random Crypto Punk. It would be kinda fun to see which NFT you get, incentivizing volume. And could jump start NFT bull run again.

Fire alarm: Just kidding. Aave’s new 'governance proposal' isn’t for anything big. Just a fire drill. Testing a vote on Ethereum mainnet instead of Polygon/Avalanche, to see if it works in case the others fail. Basically spending ETH gas to make sure the panic button still works.

1/ Record number of $ETH is in the unstaking queue: 671k $ETH = $3.2B USD What's more, queue wait time reached record of ~12 days. Why is it happening? A few reasons:
