Alongside this, the two organizations officially launched the Digital Asset Awareness Program - Season 1: Security and Compliance for Cryptocurrencies . This information was announced at a press conference and MOU signing ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on December 10th. This collaboration aims to enhance education on digital assets, increase security awareness, and support the development of the ecosystem in Vietnam as it strives to become an international financial center.
Vietnam is rapidly becoming a global leader in the adoption of digital assets, with a growing tech-savvy youth and a rapidly expanding Web3 developer community. As Vietnam prepares to pilot its digital asset policy framework, the need for education on security, compliance, and best practices is increasing. To meet this need, MEXC is reinforcing its commitment to regulatory readiness, ensuring users and industry partners are well-prepared for the evolving landscape.
Together with VBI Academy, MEXC has announced the Digital Asset Awareness Program - Season 1 (December 2025 - March 2026), focusing on security and risk management in the digital asset sector. The program includes 22 hours of instruction, five live workshops, and nationwide access through the OpenEdu platform. Implemented using a hybrid online-in-person model, the program ensures broad accessibility and practical participation for learners across Vietnam.
The collaboration also extends to the co-development of practical security modules based on MEXC 's proven experience in account protection, asset withdrawal security, and exchange-level security. The program aligns with Vietnam's goal of becoming an international financial center and the upcoming pilot digital asset regulatory framework. By combining VBI Academy's academic expertise with MEXC's global exchange operational experience, this initiative enhances user protection, strengthens the sustainability of the ecosystem, and reaffirms MEXC 's long-term commitment to Web3 development and regulatory innovation in Vietnam.
