They added that they are "ready to immediately start negotiations to implement the ceasefire agreement framework." According to data released by the Gaza Strip health authorities on the 3rd, since the Israel-Palestine conflict erupted in October 2023, Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in over 57,000 Palestinian deaths and more than 135,000 injuries.
