Pending stated, "Women over 50 are the main consumers of crypto educational content," and "They focus on long-term investment rather than short-term trading and trust projects based on creators' content."
At the global Web3 roadshow 'IXO™ Season 3' held at the Seoul Textile Center on the 24th, Byeon Woo-sung, Pending's strategy director, shared B2C fandom business strategies and growth data.
He presented internal data of a paid membership base of 60,000 people, with over 65% being women over 50, diagnosing the actual state of high-involvement consumers in the crypto market.
Pending is a platform that helps creators develop B2C businesses such as education and membership for their fan base, focusing on structuring creators' knowledge assets into a sustainable subscription model.
Byeon Woo-sung explained, "Through a Netflix-style membership structure, we collaborate with creators in various fields like crypto, finance, real estate, and careers, and this structure enables a long-term and stable revenue model."
He emphasized, "About 3.5% of total subscribers are effective purchasing users, consuming educational content averaging around 64,000 won per month, and importantly, many of these high-involvement users are women over 50."
He added, "Of the 60,000 members, 65% are over 50, and more than 60% are women, who have a strong tendency to delegate project analysis, valuation, and investment decisions to creators."

He diagnosed, "In the crypto scene dominated by flashy English phrases and marketing targeting 2030 male demographics, the purchasing power of 5060 women is being marginalized, and a GTM strategy for them is desperately needed."
He also proposed, "This customer segment, which values long-term research over short-term trading, responds more to trust-based educational content than simple advertising. By expanding KOL's fandom power into an educational model, we can convey the original value of crypto projects and attract loyal investors."
He explained, "Pending is currently expanding creator collaboration and advertising models based on a paid membership of 60,000 people and possesses infrastructure to convert KOL-based fandom traffic into meaningful consumption."
He added, "We plan to continue pursuing content-based marketing through collaboration with crypto projects, and Pending remains open and looks forward to good synergy."
'IXO™ Season 3' is a Web3 conference focused on 'investment practice', held at the Seoul Textile Center on the 24th and 25th. The event is co-hosted by blockchain media TokenPost and CoinLeaders, and co-organized by the decentralized data trust protocol 'Openledger'.
IXO™ presents a more Web3-friendly and community-centric fundraising concept beyond existing ICO, IEO, and IDO methods. The first event in April last year attracted over 1,000 participants, opening a new chapter in the Web3 community, and further expanded this trend in Season 2 in July with the theme 'Embrace the Future'.
The theme of Season 3 is 'Proof of Business'. It is designed as a practical Web3 conference that spotlights only projects that have actually proven their actual usability, profitability, and user base beyond technological vision and marketing.
Domestic and international blockchain experts, DAO operators, practical investors, researchers, and traders will participate, providing effective insights from an investor's perspective. The event is structured as a practical B2C roadshow with project booths, custody demos, and networking, expected to provide an opportunity to meet verified Web3 projects that communities and individual investors can trust.
