Fixing this is a must for any brokerage. I’ve otherwise found their offerings to be excellent (IPO allo, configurable Pro interface, Gold Credit card with 3% cashback and 5% on travel)

Hmmmmm. Maybe check your investor profile? But otherwise, do use the super chat... they're super responsive, and I've found them to be really on it/ high quality (waaaaay better service than any other widely available financial service/ institution).
