Listening to gigabrain @Dominic_Weibel from @BitcoinSuisseAG and co as they break down the key trends shaping institutional crypto market strategy at the @thecryptovalley conference.
Are you around too?
Hit me up & lets connect.

Key takeaway so far:
We‘re still in BTC bull market territory and we will probs see 120k in coming months. NFA tho.
Altseason likely but it will be different from last time.
Biggest success story of cycle so far Hyperliquid.
A lot of emerging projects like Hyperliquid but also some established players like Aave generate millions in revenues each month, allowing for value accrual / growth investing.
According to Messari buybacks are good for P/S ratios.
Changes in US regulation allows for reasonable tokenomics that channel value to token, very positive development.
Market will increasingly distinguish btwn valuable projects and worthless tokens.
ETFs and corporate treasuries create large demand influx but risk of looming forced sellers.
Quantum resistance and Bitcoin security budget are „elephant in the room“.
Microstrategy or any private company accumulating close to 3% of supply could undermine BTC‘s safe haven asset status.
Treasury strategies make sense, but in case of Microstrategy it‘s more of an investment strategy which carries risk.
Long-term government bonds are not risk-free anymore, which many underestimate.
For retail education matters, 60/40 asset allocation is dead, and the only BTC allocation that doesn‘t make sense is 0%.
If BTC becomes a central bank reserve asset (looking very far ahead), we could face a liquidity squeeze, with liquidity situation becoming similar to gold (mostly „paper gold“ that is liquid, very little liq for physical gold), which would go against the ethos of Bitcoin.
