- How do you filter these sensitive posts?
Viane:The square's review process combines AI and human review. AI first screens potential violations, such as fraudulent information, plagiarism, or inappropriate language, and then the team reviews it according to community management guidelines.
If a post is deleted or an account is restricted, we will notify the user through an in-site message, explaining the reason, such as "violation of anti-fraud terms". However, we also provide an appeal channel. If users believe the takedown notice is not specific enough or have questions, they can appeal through customer service channels.
Review transparency is crucial to community trust, especially in the rapidly changing crypto market, where we hope to provide Binance Square users with timely and high-quality content. Of course, user dissatisfaction with post deletions or account restrictions is indeed an issue we need to address, particularly when strict reviews might inadvertently harm creators' experiences. In the future, we hope to better balance the user experience for readers and creators.
The square highly values community feedback and has already accelerated report processing. Content or authors with multiple reports will be downgraded, encouraging everyone to help us maintain community quality.
- Everyone is strongly supporting wallets. What progress has the square made?
Viane:The square will integrate Alpha coin tags, and related coin price pages will embed the square, making it convenient for users to view real-time dynamics and discussions. At the same time, it will support these projects to enter the square, open their own project accounts, launch airdrop activities, and enhance project exposure and community interaction.
Essentially, the square and wallet belong to two different tracks. In the future, we will combine more with the wallet regarding the trading community, hoping to bring users more wallet integration mechanisms and wealth codes.
- Recently, everyone is developing on-chain analysis tools. What are your plans?
Viane:Currently, Binance Square's on-chain transaction analysis tools are actively being prepared. In the future, the square will integrate project major event calendars and on-chain data, allowing users to view wallet movements, whale dynamics, project financial reports, and trading heat. These information and data will be presented in simple and intuitive charts, enabling users to easily gain insights.
- Besides internal user conversion, what outreach strategies does the square have?
Viane:Basically, it revolves around enhancing product functions and optimizing the trading community, such as:
- Utilizing AI-driven content recommendations and trend analysis, including news summaries and community sentiment analysis, to help users efficiently obtain high-value information and attract a broader audience.
- Emphasizing trading authenticity by showcasing orders, sharing positions, Terminal trading PK, and project financial report integration to improve content credibility and community discussion quality.
- Enhancing user participation and community vitality through trading live streaming, group chats, copy trading mechanisms, AMA, and streaming broadcasts.
- What are Binance Square's upcoming plans?
Viane:Improving community interaction and authenticity. In terms of product, we will promote social trading, allowing users to more conveniently showcase trades and share strategies on the square, including optimizing the order display function to let users instantly display investment portfolios, profit and loss situations, or participate in trading PK, enhancing the community's authenticity and participation, and making the trading process more engaging.
At the community level, we will create a rewards center suitable for retail investors and KOLs, unlocking rewards through tasks. The square will continue to cultivate the creator economy and improve monetization tools. Content mining will be upgraded to 2.0, collaborating with more high-quality authors and project parties, adding column and project research report sections.
