Ughhh man @useMotion is so well positioned to be good but it's missing a few obvious features that end up making it not good. I just want to get coffee with some product person at Motion and dump my problems at them until they get it.

Motion is bad because it forces you to think too much and totally misses the actual benefits of AI task management.

The fact that I can't create tasks with natural language is exhibit 0 as to the underlying problems with their product design.

Like, I get what they're trying to do with building a docs suite and meeting recording tool and everything but dude just integrate with notion and slack

Motion to me is the epitome of trying to do so much that you end up doing nothing useful and I think they'll get outcompeted by someone who really nails 1/10th of the problem first

I bet you their metrics just look like a bunch of ADHD people downloading motion once, using it for a week, and never touching it again, and then like 1k users who use it religiously because it makes them *feel* more productive
