Currently, there's not much to look forward to in the market. At this stage, it's not about storytelling, but about seeing the unique strategies of major players and following big entities, such as operating with Binance Alpha.

So in this market outlook, I mainly want to share some things I've seen and thought about.

1. Arbitrage opportunities on-chain will gradually be eroded with the rise of AI Agents.

The main area for speculation is still DeFi-related tickers. The most critical development we need to focus on is the Ethereum Pectra upgrade and its EIP-7702. The narrative involves DeFi. Simply put, the new API built on EIP-7702 allows users to execute complex on-chain strategies without writing smart contracts, which is beneficial to DeFi Agents.

This could be a potential narrative, but whether it can be speculated on remains to be seen.

My personal approach is to add all Ethereum ecosystem (including BSC, Layer2) DeFi projects to my watchlist and observe their current price changes.

Another AI narrative is MCP, but currently, nothing particularly outstanding has emerged, basically just a large MC memecoin running out, and project parties belatedly jumping on the bandwagon.

2. Each major breakthrough in AI comes not from new algorithms, but from unlocking new data sources. Every significant AI advancement comes from the large-scale use of an entirely new training data source (this is someone else's view, but I particularly agree).

From this perspective, the future directions are "embodied intelligence sensor data capture" and "large-scale video data training". Although the crypto market isn't currently speculating on embodied intelligence narratives, I believe physical world sensor + data-related narratives have the potential for future massive breakouts. Essentially, it's DePAI (DePin+AI). AI+video-related narratives will have to wait for significant events in Web2.

Narratives are not isolated but interconnected. Narratives are definitely progressive (like stablecoins+RWA+PayFi).

There was also an article I saw that explained the differences between AI Agents, Workflow, and MCP very well. I'll share it with everyone when I get the chance.

3. While Bitcoin won't directly challenge the dollar's dominant position, in the context of global recession fragmentation caused by tariffs, Bitcoin might become an alternative due to increased liquidity, institutional participation, and market efficiency improvements.

From the current environment, MicroStrategy's fundraising won't be difficult, and there are no major risks in the short term.

Longing-term, investing in $BTC is definitely the optimal solution for market participants.
