The European Commission will propose a list of additional tariff-hit US products to member states on Monday evening in response to Trump's steel and aluminum tariffs, rather than broader reciprocal tariffs. Luxembourg will host the first EU-wide political meeting since Trump announced comprehensive tariffs on Monday morning, where trade ministers from 27 EU member states will exchange views on the impact of tariffs and how best to respond.
