On March 28, Terraform Labs officially announced the opening of a digital asset loss compensation claim gate. This is an opportunity for affected creditors to submit claims for related digital assets.
Starting from March 31, 2025, creditors can submit valid compensation claims through the website claims.terra.money, providing wallet addresses, read-only API keys, related proof documents, and completing the claim form. The deadline for submission is 10:59 on May 1, 2025, Vietnam time, after which the system will no longer accept additional files. Creditors need to carefully read the claim process instructions on the information portal and can contact Kroll Restructuring Administration via email Terraforminfo@ra.kroll.com for assistance.
The opening of this compensation claim gate is part of the effort to resolve the consequences of the Terra ecosystem's collapse. Terraform Labs, the company behind the Terra ecosystem, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the United States on January 21, 2024, with estimated debt ranging from 100 million to 500 million USD. During the bankruptcy process, the company proposed a liquidation plan aimed at distributing assets to creditors.
