After returning to the White House, US President TRUMP delivered his fifth State of the Union Address on 3/5, emphasizing that "America will make a strong comeback". He stated that since taking office 43 days ago, he has signed nearly 100 executive orders and implemented over 400 administrative measures, achieving far more than previous administrations. He described the US as being in an unprecedented stage of recovery and resurgence, and vowed to lead the country into a "golden age".

On his first day in office, TRUMP declared a national emergency at the US southern border and deployed the military and border patrol to enforce the law. He claimed that these measures have reduced the number of illegal border crossings to a historic low, and emphasized: "Those illegal immigrants have heard what I said, and they're choosing not to come, which is the easiest thing."
At the same time, TRUMP fiercely attacked former President BIDEN, accusing the BIDEN era of having hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants entering each month, including murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally ill. He also criticized the Democratic Party's sanctuary city policies for allowing criminals to run rampant. He firmly stated that he will launch the largest illegal immigrant deportation operation in American history, surpassing the record set during the Eisenhower presidency (Note 1).
(Note 1: In 1954, President Eisenhower launched Operation Wetback, aiming to deport a large number of illegal Mexican immigrants. In the initial phase, an average of 1,000 people were arrested per day, and ultimately tens of thousands of illegal immigrants were apprehended and deported to Mexico.)
Retaliatory tariffs against China implemented, officially effective from April 2
TRUMP announced that starting April 2, the US will impose "reciprocal tariffs" on all countries that have levied high tariffs on American goods. He bluntly stated: "Other countries charge us high tariffs, now it's our turn."
He specifically named China, the EU, India, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and South Korea, accusing these countries of imposing excessively high tariffs on the US, while the US has long been weak and conceding. He emphasized that this policy will bring the US "trillions of dollars in revenue" and create unprecedented job opportunities.
At the same time, he promised American farmers that he will impose tariffs on imported agricultural products to protect US agriculture, and described this as the "harvest season" for American farmers.
Abolish green energy and environmental policies, promote energy independence
In his speech, TRUMP strongly criticized the Biden administration's environmental policies, calling them a ridiculous green energy scam, and announced that the US will fully restore traditional energy extraction. He stated: "The US has the world's most abundant oil and natural gas resources, and now I have fully authorized the best team to aggressively extract them."
To this end, TRUMP announced the opening of the Alaska natural gas pipeline and the promotion of expanded mining of critical minerals and rare earth resources to ensure that the US no longer relies on the supply chains of countries like China. Additionally, he also emphasized the end of the mandatory electric vehicle implementation policy to protect the US automotive industry and workers.
Trump Abolishes DEI and Critical Race Theory
Trump announced that the federal government is officially abolishing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, and emphasized: "America will return to using ability and talent as the standard."
He also announced a ban on teaching critical race theory (CRT) in public schools, and signed an executive order clearly stating the official position of the U.S. government is: "There are only two genders, which are male and female." Additionally, he signed an order banning biological males from participating in female sports competitions.
Comprehensive Strengthening of Law Enforcement and Deportation of Illegal Immigrants
In response to the recent deterioration of public safety in the U.S., Trump harshly criticized the Democratic Party's lax law enforcement policies, and promised to forcibly execute criminals who kill police officers, in order to deter crime. He also called on Congress to pass new criminal laws to increase penalties for repeat offenders, and fully restore support and protection for the police.
Furthermore, he named Mexico and Canada, accusing these two countries of allowing large amounts of fentanyl (Note 2.) to flow into the U.S., causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans, and emphasized that the U.S. will no longer provide subsidies to these countries, demanding they immediately stop exporting drugs.

Significant Tax Cuts and Revitalization of Manufacturing, Attracting High-Asset Immigrants
Trump announced a series of economic stimulus measures, including:
- Nationwide Tax Reduction Plan: Permanent tax cuts, and tax exemptions for tips, overtime pay, and Social Security.
- Auto Loan Interest Deduction: But only for "Made in America" vehicles.
- Tariff Policy to Stimulate Manufacturing: In the future, companies that do not produce in the U.S. will face high tariffs.
- Launching the "Gold Card" Program: Opening up investment-for-citizenship opportunities to the world's most successful entrepreneurs and investors, expected to bring billions of dollars in revenue to the U.S.
Returning to the Global Stage, Consolidating Diplomacy, Military, and National Security
- Regaining Control of the Panama Canal: Action has already been taken to regain control of the Panama Canal.
- Promoting Peace Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia: Trump stated that he has received a letter from Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, who is willing to negotiate with Russia.
- Strengthening Defense and Missile Defense: Proposing a "Golden Dome" missile defense plan, while also reviving the U.S. shipbuilding industry, promoting the production of warships and commercial vessels in the U.S.
- Combating Terrorist Organizations: Trump announced that the U.S. is officially designating the Venezuelan prison gang, MS-13, and Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations, and will aggressively eliminate them.
