The funds have not yet been moved or interacted with. The ICO whale had previously distributed the ETH to 4 addresses, and over the past two years has cumulatively transferred 105,522 ETH to the current address, mostly used for staking in various LRT protocols. There are still 280,000 ETH with a cost basis of $0.31 stored in three addresses.

Since February 15, this address has cumulatively sold 16,499 ETH, with a total value of $42.92 million. The cost price of the ETH held by this whale is approximately $194, and if all sold, it is estimated to have a profit of $8.62 million.
