Rushi Manche, co-founder of Movement Labs, recently announced on the platform that the Mainnet of Layer-2 Movement has been deployed internally. At the same time, the Gnosis Safe security process with the bridging partners has also been completed.
According to him, with this success, Movement Labs plans to soon announce and launch the Public Mainnet for users.

The Movement Network is a blockchain ecosystem that utilizes MoveVM to enhance security and performance, while integrating with Ethereum to scale and increase interoperability.
As Allinstation has reported, on January 28, 2025, the Movement Network activated the Developer Mainnet, allowing development teams to start deploying protocols and applications on the network. This is a follow-up step after the launch of the Mainnet Beta in December 2024, where Movement introduced core components such as follower nodes, RPC nodes, indexers, Block Explorer, and smart contract governance.
After this stage, the Public Mainnet Beta will be activated around February or March, opening up a permissionless deployment mechanism and supporting bridging to Ethereum through LayerZero.
